2019 elections: APC announces new date for presidential primaries

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced that its Presidential Primaries will now hold on Sept. 27 as against the earlier announced date of Sept. 25.


The APC National Publicity Secretary, Mr Yekini Nabena, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday.


Nabena stated that duly registered party members were to collect their permanent membership cards from their various wards.


The statement reads, “The presidential direct primary election earlier scheduled for Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 will now hold on Thursday, September 27th, 2018.


“Duly registered party members are to collect their permanent membership cards from their respective wards.”
